Sarai is guided by our mission, which describes what we do, and by our vision statement, which identifies our purpose for existing as a company.

History

Sarai was founded in 2005 by Zac Mutrux in order to continue his work as a technology consultant to small organizations. The name Sarai means “great woman” or “woman of high rank” and was chosen in honor of our first customers, who were all women.

Sarai is different from other tech support companies in our strong customer service orientation. We are dedicated to technical excellence, and employ a methodical and consistent approach to information technology. We build lasting relationships with our clients and become a valued member of their teams. We place a premium on hiring people with excellent technical skills who can also communicate to non-technical managers and end users.

Sarai is a member of the Golden Gate Better Business Bureau and a long standing member of the Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network. Our office is located near 10th and Mission in the San Francisco Nonprofit Technology Center, along with Aspiration and Radical Designs.



Sarai provides technology guidance, management and support services to organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
